Vintage EXCELLO Kids/Childs blue Warming Heated Porcelain Dish Bowl 916. Is on bottom
It does have one dent in the side you can see it in the photo and then there's some tarnished areas some blemishes that handles are in good shape the inside does not seem to be chipped it does have a couple spots that you can see in the photos it has three paintings and they are raised figures like they're painted on the porcelain of the girl and two boys you can see those in the photos too they look good. If you look close at the girl it looks like part of her leg is faded.
