Up for sale is a fully tested Sony TFM-1000W. Meter is working, Dial Light, AFC, Local-DX switch, Tested on all 4 bands! Band conditions were not that great so WWV was a bit weak. Watch the video. Top antenna is fine and pulls out nicely and tilts over as needed! . Battery compartment is clean. Battery's not included. Battery door latch on bottom is fine. Has chrome pitting due to age. Has a chip in the plastic and a crack due to pressure from the battery compartment spring. Not that bad, still displays very nicely. Shortwave reception is based on time of day, band of operation and propagation.
