    iCOM IC-R71a Communications Receiver. Keypad is a bit "stubborn" on some keys...but they work, just press firm.  Because of the age of this unit it may require servicing, alignment, or other repairs to bring performance up to original specifications.
    Pictures pretty much tell the story.  Radio works as it should
    but sold as is without refund or return privilege for all the obvious reasons.
