Heathkit SB-303 Ham receiver

For your consideration is a Heathkit SB-303 Amateur band (Ham Radio) receiver. I am selling it for a friend. It is from his brothers estate. When I received it, I Inspected it and found that the power connector and one circuit board had been Damaged. They appeared to have been burnt by some sort of power surge, possibly a lightning strike. The power connector has been replaced, uses modern power cord (included), the circuit board has been repaired (see picture) and everything else looks in good condition. I bench checked it testing everything except the RTTY function. AM, CW, both upper and lower sideband and crystal calibrator functions work. I checked all bands with a 2 microvolt signal and all showed good sensitivity. The radio looks good with only a few minor chips and scratches as can be expected with a piece of this age.
