In good hardly ever used condition, when I acquired this unit for resale, the plug was still wrapped in Plastic, it was free of any paper waste in the tray, I powered it up to punch holes to show in a photo on this listing. Tested and works fine, It does not include the much needed spine closer tool. or any spines. Comes as you see it in the photos, Please google the model number for additional info from the Manufacture as well as on You tube to see a video demonstration. The unit seems to be unused but does have scuffs and scratches on its outer shell, mainly the sides and back. powers up and works perfectly.
